LAYAWAY POLICY
How Layaway Works
We offer a Layaway option to make purchasing our jewelry more accessible.
Initial Payment (Online):
Pay a portion of your order total upfront during checkout to reserve your item.
Remaining Balance (Online):
Pay the remaining balance online according to the agreed payment schedule before your order is shipped.
Payment Structure
Initial Layaway Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of [X% of the order total] is required to place an item on layaway.
Remaining Balance:
The remaining balance must be paid online only via card, bank transfer, digital wallet, or a secure payment link sent by email.
Order Confirmation
Your layaway order is confirmed only after the initial payment has been successfully completed.
You will receive an email with the order summary, receipt of the initial layaway payment, remaining balance, and instructions to complete the scheduled payments.
Shipping & Delivery
Items placed on layaway will be shipped only after the full balance has been paid.
No payment is required at the time of delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds
Initial Layaway Payment:
Non-refundable after 24 hours, as it secures the item and covers administrative and processing costs.
Payments Made Toward the Remaining Balance:
Refundable if the layaway is canceled before shipping, minus any processing fees.
Non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Uncompleted Layaway:
If the layaway is not completed within the agreed timeframe, the order may be canceled.
The initial payment will be forfeited.
Any additional payments made toward the balance will be refunded.
Exclusions (Discounts & Promotions)
Discount codes and promotional offers may not apply to layaway orders unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The initial layaway payment amount remains fixed and is not eligible for discounts.
