Two-Payment Layaway Policy

Certain items in our store may be offered with a Two-Payment Layaway option. Availability may vary by product. Please review the information below to understand how this payment structure works, including fulfillment, cancellations, and refunds.

How It Works

• You pay a 30% or 50% deposit at checkout to reserve the item.
• The remaining balance is scheduled for collection on the due date shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
• The full balance must be completed within 90 days of the original order date.

⚠️ This plan consists of two scheduled payments only. Additional installment payments are not available between the initial and final charge.

Your payment method may be securely stored to facilitate collection of the remaining balance.

Early Payment Option

Customers may request to complete their final payment before the scheduled due date by contacting us directly. Upon request, we will provide instructions or issue a payment notification for the remaining balance. Once full payment is received, the order will be processed and prepared for shipment.

If no early payment request is made, the remaining balance will be due according to the original 90-day schedule.

Fulfillment

Orders placed using the Two-Payment Layaway option will only be processed and shipped once the full balance has been successfully collected.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests for Two-Payment Layaway orders must be submitted by contacting us directly before the order has been fulfilled or shipped.

Upon receiving a cancellation request prior to fulfillment, the order will be canceled in accordance with the terms outlined below.

In the event of cancellation:

• 20% of the total order value is non-refundable. By selecting the Two-Payment Layaway option, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable portion.
• Any amount paid above 20% may be refunded, minus applicable processing fees.

If the remaining balance is not successfully collected within 90 days, the order may be canceled and the non-refundable portion will be retained.

Once an order has been fully paid and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Returns after delivery are subject to our Returns Policy. Any approved refund will exclude 20% of the total order value.

Klarna purchases are not considered part of our layaway or deferred payment program. Klarna orders are subject to their own payment and refund terms as outlined in our Return Policy, and no non-refundable fees or penalties apply to Klarna transactions.
