Shipping policy

Shipping Method
Free shipping on all U.S. orders. Delivery takes 3–5 business days after the order has shipped. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (when your package leaves our store). Weekends and U.S. holidays are not included. Processing time and delivery time are separate.

Carrier
All shipments are handled by FedEx for timely and secure delivery. All orders require a signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes or FedEx locations, and packages cannot be rerouted to a new address after your order has shipped.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped so you can follow your package in real time.

Insurance
All shipments are fully insured during transit.

Shipping Address
Your billing address and shipping address can be different. If they do not match, we may ask for additional information for security reasons.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not offer international shipping. U.S. orders only.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.

Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.
